Jean Carlos Araque Ramírez
Author, editor and legal researcher focused on fraudulent conduct, criminal law, human rights, public policy and the relationship between the State and citizens. His work combines research, legal analysis and observation of social and institutional challenges from a critical and human perspective.
He takes part in volunteer activities linked to the United Nations in Latin America and the Caribbean. His books include 462 – Antes del dinero, El cerebro del estafador and Doctrina Araque – Exposición Criminal Expansiva.
